Seasonal Art Camps

Our studio offers a variety of seasonal half day & full day camps for Kindergarten to Grade 12. Camps are in a group setting with individualized instruction.

Artists will have the opportunity to create traditional paintings, work with clay or design seasonal cards using mixed media.

Our schedule for camps are inline with Cy-Fair ISD’s holiday breaks: Spring Break, Summer, Thanksgiving and Winter!

Register Early ! Limited Seating

Students will be creating their choice of art project or holiday themed multi-media paintings, clay ornaments or card designs. Pizzy Party on Friday for ALL students. Sack lunch required for full day students.

Christmas Art Camp

December 23 – December 27

Classic Art Camp

Monday

Master Artist Thomas Cleveland Presentation: Drawing tips and using the ancient Egyptian grid method of drawing in proper proportions. Students will have the option of doing seasonal paintings from our library or bringing images from home.

Tuesday

Old Master’s Painting Techniques demonstrated step by step. Individual instruction and practice, then using appropriate techniques for elements in their paintings.

Wednesday

Final drawing, use of Transfer method of drawing to mix-media art board Begin Painting.

Clay Projects:
Students have the option of creating a clay figure from a book of designs or of their choice. Students will take home to bake and bring back the next day to paint.

Thursday

Imagination exercises helping students to develop backgrounds that tell their story.

Friday

The Final Master touches that take the paintings beyond the ordinary to extraordinary.

For New Art Students Only

2 hour Trial Art Project: $35 fee

Attend an introductory lesson at our studio where you can see exactly how we approach teaching students how to draw and paint. 

This Trial class offers a sense of our regular art classes.

No further enrollment obligation is required; limit one trial class per new customer.
